All right. Let's get to it. Joining me this week are Scott and Allie Svensson. They are the co founders of the Fast Casual Pizza Chain Mod Pizza. Scott, Allie, welcome back to the show. Guy, great to see you. Great to see you, guy. Thanks for having us. Great to have you back. So both of you were on the show uh in the summer of twenty twenty three. Uh you told the story of how you created Mod Pizza and and if you haven't heard it, Scott and Alley were high school sweethearts. After college they moved to London. Scott worked in finance, but then he got bored with it and they decided to start a coffee shop in London.

Which turned into a massive business called Seattle Coffee Company, which they sold to Starbucks and then eventually Seattle, where they're from. And started mod pizza, which today has around five hundred stores. It's it's such an awesome story. I loved having you guys on. Um we have lots to talk about, of course, especially Uh a bit of news around Maud. I know that that recently was announced that Mod Pizza was acquired by uh the Elite Restaurant Group. It's a an investment group. I guess to help avoid potential bankruptcy. And I'm curious, you know, because Mott is such a great business and and was operating as such a great business. What
