But it's super hard to sell to restaurants, you know, grocery stores are saying, Okay, what do we do with that? People would ask us, you know, are you gonna go into other condiments? Are you gonna make mustard? Are you gonna make mayonnaise? And we said, Oh, you know, the market structure isn't quite there. We just have to keep cracking this nut. If we had not been able to raise money, we would have long since been out of business. We were trying to figure out where to go.
