I learned that your first job was at Burger King. Uh are you still the go-to guy in the grill at your house?

I am the go to guy at uh the grill at my house, and it that was uh my first uh job. When I was sixteen, uh, I headed to Burger King with an application and Was lucky enough to get the job, and uh I have a lot of leadership lessons that I got from that first experience. What would be the number one leadership lesson that you got?

First when I showed up for the first day of work, they sent me to the parking lot. So I totally didn't understand the purpose of the first day of work. And I went and cleaned the parking lot and they explained to me That's the customer's first impression. And everyone who works at this restaurant has to understand how important a first impression is.
