And this means that if you're a vegan restaurant, You have to figure out a way to bring in non vegans if you want to build a sustainable business. Now, imagine you start a vegan restaurant and you call it, say Vegan delight or

Plant based heaven. It is not likely you're gonna get a wide range of customers through the door. So in 2018, Pinky Cole. Came up with a different idea. She wanted to open a greasy fast food joint with all the hits. Sloppy cheesesteaks, double bacon cheeseburgers, smothered French fries, except entirely vegan. totally plant based. But to get lots of people into the door, Vegan, vegetarians, carnivores, flexitarians, etc?

Piky decided to start with a name that would attract swell A lot of attention. In the name of a restaurant. is Slutty Vegan. Slutty Vegan. The company now has nine locations mainly in and around Atlanta, but also in Brooklyn and soon in Washington, DC. And her plan, quite simply, is to become the McDonald's of Vegan Food.
