Hello. Listen, before I start, I just want to pay a little bit of homage and also a tribute to the guests that I had joined me last week on this podcast. The feedback that I got from that conversation for those that had the resilience to listen for the full two hours, and if you haven't, I genuinely genuinely implore you to because the value of that conversation and the diversity of the topic we touched on. I genuinely believe are life changing. I've reflected continuously throughout this week on that conversation. We touched on everything from depression to anxiety to burnout, and it's really developed me. You know what one of the things they say is that the teacher Is the person in a classroom that gets the most value from a conversation. And in that context, I, as the interviewer who got to sit there and listen and prod and think. Through my own sort of selfish curiosity.

I think I got the most value out of that. I certainly learnt a ton about myself, the world, and some of the problems that I've had throughout my life.
