That was the darkest time of my life, and in that moment I learned my mission. Build better, brighter brains. Memory retention is getting worse and worse. The other dip in cognitive performance, often when people retire, they mentally retire. The body is not too far behind. There's a study done on these nuns ninety and above, and because they were learning all the time, it added years to their life. It surprises a lot of people because they have this thinking that their intelligence is fixed. The truth is, there's no such thing as a good or bad memory. There's a trained memory and there's an untrained memory.
