As crazy as may sound, I think folks are almost underestimating Anthropic. Never has such a successful startup named itself so poorly that I can think of as open AI. To pay for all this inf infra, to pay for all these GPUs and infra and inference, we gotta get rid of the people. I think that um the the Chinese open weight models are pretty much over in the US. How much money is there for in the in the instincts of the world? It feels in it infinite now. I think we should put twenty percent of the fund into open AI at the one point two five billion trillion dollar round. This is twenty V C with me, Harry Sebings is my favorite show of the week. Jason Lemkin, Rurier Driscoll, The News That Matters, and let's be clear. There is one story that matters more than any other this week. Anthropic. They finally drop their S1. This show we break down what you need to know, the questions that really come from it, and what we can expect when it comes to day one and will there be. The mega pop of all pops. Then we have more news in the form of meta going to equity markets, needing 95 billion dollars to fund more insane compute buying. We have Microsoft offering to buy out about 60,000 staff members, and then we have some serious rounds. We have everything from instinct's rumored thirty billion dollar round to flapping airplanes raising a billion dollars. This and so much more in the show today with Jason and Rory.
