Uh me again. It's uh it's been a little while since we've last spoken. And um whenever I go a big duration without uploading a podcast, uh there's something inside me feels like I owe you an apology. So I'm sorry, but uh but I wanna give you the context as to why that is and why that sometimes happens. Basically I'm very, very busy and I

I literally work all the time, which is something which is something that if you know me, you know to be true. I work all the time and When I'm not working, I'm probably travelling. And even when I'm travelling, I'm working. And over the last eight weeks I've spoken on nine different stages in every corner of the world imaginable. I've been on stage in Brazil and Italy and Newcastle and London and the Ukraine, you name it. In the last couple of weeks I've been there. I've been to Uh Atlanta, um New York, everywhere, right? And so Getting the time to get into this flow state, which allows me to produce this podcast, is a challenge, and it's an increasing challenge this these days. But what I'm doing.

Is I've dedicated a day every single week now, starting from this week, where I'm gonna focus on production of content for my podcast, for my Instagram, and for my other channels as well. So let's see how that goes. Usually it's Sunday, but I'm gonna change that up a little bit. So Let's see if I can achieve a little bit of consistency. This uh this episode is gonna be Interesting.
