Hello, Jordan and Gabe. I've been with my wife for six years. We're in our forties and currently live in a rural area. I'm not from the area, but my wife has lived here all of her life. At the beginning of the year, we decided that we were going to look to move to a major metro area in another state. I started looking for jobs there and last month I accepted a job that will allow me to be closer to many of my friends and my daughters. Our long country commute to work has gotten quite old, and we're both looking forward to living in a major metro area. Before we met, my wife owned our house for over ten years.

When we got married, she added me to the deed because she wanted it to be our house. Before I entered the picture, her parents helped her pay off the mortgage. Then when we got married, they kindly and generously offered to remodel several rooms of the house and redo the driveway. They said they wanted to make things nice and would rather use the money now than risk the government taking it later. We were always very appreciative and thankful that they improved our home.
