That's also happening with Bar 3, it's a studio exercise program that blends ballet with Pilates and yoga. The company has around 160 studios across the United States, most of which are still closed. Sadie Lincoln is the founder of Bar Three. We told her story on the podcast back in 2017. And we called her up this week to hear about how the company's been able to shift. to a virtual platform.
