Leading through radical change with Julia Hartz of Eventbrite

Hello and welcome to how I built this lab. I'm Guy Raz. The pandemic nearly crushed the ticketing company Eventbrite. For nearly two years people basically stopped going to events.

And for Eventbrite's founder, Julia Hartz? Pandemic was the biggest test of her career and That's an understatement. Julia was first on the show back in early 2020, right before COVID, and that episode is worth scrolling back to and checking out.
