Running per se cannot be bad for your knees. We're not so badly made that we should be injuring ourselves every time we move. So if somebody's got knee pain, I'm always wondering where their head is. On average, an adult head weighs about 5 kilos. And the further forward it is, there's a mass management effect going on in the rest of the body. For every inch further forward that your head would be if it was perched effortlessly with maximum movement potential, you add the weight of another head. So Don't stop running, find out why.
The knee is upset. It's the biggest joint in the body. Hey guys, how are you doing? Hope you're having a good week so far. My name is Dr. Wongan Chatterjee. And this is my podcast. Feel better.
Live more. Today's episode is one that I have decided to re release because of the time of year. Spring is finally here. And of course, this means that many people are trying to get outside more and move their bodies.
