Eighty percent of people feel stuck in their lives. I'm curious, why do you think it's so hard? For people to want to change and create the life that they truly want, the desires they have, the dreams. Why is it so hard? When there's that many people to feel stuck. To actually make those changes.

It's a great question. And I think there's there's sort of two categories of barriers that are important. One of them is structural and social and sort of outside of your own control. Right? We've got inequality, we have um, you know Just the world is tough and it throws a lot at us. That's There's not as much we can do about that in this conversation. So I want to focus on the second category'cause that's what I study and that's the internal barriers that can prevent us from reaching our goals and um that can make us feel stuck.

That is the first couple of minutes. The rest is 1 credit.
