Welcome to the Daily Stoic Podcast, designed to help bring those four key stoic virtues, courage, discipline, justice, and wisdom into the real world. Hey, it's Ryan. Welcome to another episode of the Daily Stoic Podcast. As you know, on Sundays... It's sort of a grab bag episode.

We like to run excerpts of audiobooks, texts from the Stoics, you know, deep dives into different topics. Well, today I wanted to bring you a letter from Seneca. That is the first couple of minutes. The rest is $1.
