And obviously the Marine Corps executes all kinds of missions, all kinds of tasks, all kinds of projects. And and we gotta remember that this goes from basic administrative stuff like paperwork all the way up to the most complex and dangerous combat operations and all of that. They do through leadership.

And they've learned a lot of lessons along the way. Two hundred and fifty years worth of lessons. You know what I'm saying? That's a lot of lessons in some pretty tough environments. The toughest environments. So They've captured a lot of these lessons learned about leadership in this handbook.
