In meditation. One of the tools that I teach is how to call your energy back from something or someone. Maybe half your energy is with an ex partner or an old job. Or an unfinished project. Maybe a lot of your energy is locked up in ruminating thoughts or in a recurring feeling or in some PTSD.

And so we start to recognize where our energy is. And then we bring it back so we can use it the way we want to use it. Welcome to the one you feed. Throughout time, great thinkers have recognized the importance of the thoughts we have. Quotes like Garbage In, Garbage Out, or You Are What You Think ring true.

And yet, for many of us, our thought strengthen or empowers us. We tend toward negativity self-pity. Jealousy or fear. We see what we don't have instead of what we do. We think things that hold us back and dampen our spirit.

That is the first couple of minutes. The rest is 1 credit.

We already have this episode, so unlocking it is cheap and permanent: the full transcript (59 minutes, 10,252 words), segment and word-level timestamps, and .txt, .srt, .vtt and word-level JSON downloads, as many times as you like, forever.

10 free credits is 10 episodes like this one a month. Episodes nobody has transcribed yet cost their length in hours, because we have to actually transcribe them.
