Today I'm very excited to be talking with Johnny Steinberg.
He has written what I think is one of the very best books of the last ten years. It's called Winnie and Nelson, Portrait of a Marriage. He is, in my view, one of the most underrated, in North America at least, writers and thinkers. I like all of his books, A Thin Blue and the Number, or two others I would recommend. He
originally was born in Johannesburg, South Africa. He has taught there. He was a professor at Oxford University. He now is teaching part-time at Yale. Johnny, welcome.
