So on the show and in my books, I talk a lot about time management and attention management strategies. I do this because I think In an age where we have increasingly powerful digital distractions and diversions pulling at our brains, we need to bring our A game if we're gonna maintain some sort of cognitive autonomy. But here's a thought that's been bothering me recently. I don't spend enough time actually follow up on what happens when my abstract ideas get implemented. In the real world.

So this became a little bit of an obsession. I said, look, I need an episode where I follow up on the real complications that real people experience when they put my type of ideas In the practice. And I was trying to figure out how to do this and I had this idea that maybe I'm gonna I'm gonna recruit like a whole bunch of people and I'll give them all advice and I'll follow up with them on a regular basis and and I'll I'll take notes on when they're having problems and what works and and this just seemed like a huge amount of effort. So I kept procrastinating on this. Like I felt really stuck. I wanted to do this episode, but I didn't know how to do it. But then I had an epiphany. Oh yeah, I know of a company that's already doing this. It's a company that's called Done Daily and they offer productivity coaching where you actually work with a coach who helps you develop systems and rules and then you

Check in with that coach every day and they help you adapt and adjust and make your systems work for you. Now here's what's key. They use a lot of my ideas. Now, this is no coincidence. That's on purpose. Actually, I know the founder of Dundaly. Uh, I I used to interview him back in the early days of my study hacks blog. I've known him forever. And when he put together this company a few years ago, uh I worked with him. I talked with him about my ideas and sort of helped them develop the productivity philosophy that their coaches would teach their clients. And then I became an affiliate of the company. So I still get updates on a regular basis of, hey, how are things going with this company? And so I know a lot about it. I was like, oh They're already doing this. They're already working with hundreds of people.

That is the first couple of minutes. The rest is $1.
