It is called Motherland, a feminist history of modern Russia, from Revolution to Autocracy. I enjoyed it very much. Julia is also Washington correspondent for Puck, has written just about everywhere else, and appears on TV and radio frequently. Julia, welcome. Thanks for having me, Tyler. feminism in Russian or Soviet history, it's striking to me how many of the top constructivist painters are women.
