Uh Derek Sivers, one of my favorite humans. So excited to Have him on the phone. And uh here is a sketch of his background. Originally a professional musician and circus clown. Derek Sivers, you should say hi to him at Sivers on The Twitter, that is S-I-V-E-R-S, created CD Baby in nineteen ninety-eight, became the largest seller of independent music online, with a hundred million in sales for 150,000 musicians. In 2008, Derek sold CD Baby for$22 million, giving the proceeds to a charitable trust for music education.
