That's like a national group that has like a bunch of Some people think it's great. Some people think it's like Yeah, I know cult. I I I did Kairos. You know Kairos? Yeah, I was in Kairos. I think that wasn't a men's group. That's just like an entrepreneurship thing, right? No, the version I I went to an all boys high school and I went to a Kairos. I think it's a religious thing. I don't even remember. But it felt like a men's retreat. Boys retreat. We were seventeen. They do a thing at the beginning. It's a bunch of men, you sit in a circle and you talk about your feelings, but before you do that, you sort of check in. It's like a thing that where they make you get present. So it's kinda like you sit down, you just sit first quietly, just breathe for a second.
