You gotta have marketing baked in or like it's gotta be part of like the ideation phase marketing. The second thing is pricing. Uh, they think, Oh, I'll just charge five dollars a month and I'll get like millions of people to buy this. And then you actually start doing it and you're like, wow, this is incredibly challenging to get. Thousands or tens of thousands, let alone millions of people to buy something. That's really hard.
