You could start with burpees, you can start with squats, it doesn't matter, but when you do a burpee, you gotta go nips to the floor. Your chest has to touch the floor, and then you hop up and when you jump up through the top of the burpee. Your feet need to leave the ground. And you should film yourself doing it.
